How much power do you need for the set up?
A dedicated 120v electrical circuit with an outlet located within 25 feet of the serving area. The cart will draw 15 Amps of Power
Can you offer a generator if power is not available?

How many espresso drinks can be served in 2 hours?
Bloom can serve up to 150 guests per hour.
Matcha, Chai, hot chocolate, and brewed coffee can be added to increase drink number per hour and will be added for guest counts above 75.
